  • CAN I GET RID OF TERMITES FOR EVER?

    NO. Termite biology is complex. Subterranean termites gather food by searching through or under the soil. They mainly re colonise by flight. There are always new termite colonies forming every year.

  • CAN I STOP TERMITES DESTRYING MY HOME?

    YES. With a plan of control and protection almost all homes can be safeguarded against further infestation. All homes are different and the initial inspection is very important.

  • IS THE TREATMENT SAFE FOR OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS?

    YES. All our termite control programs are completed according to the Australian Standard. All our technicians are fully trained and regularly attend professional development courses. All our technicians are fully licensed and insured. 

  • WHAT DO I DO IF I FIND TERMITES?

    Do not disturb the termites. Call us immediately 0411 196 343. If is possible, collect a sample without disturbing the termites. Cover any exposed termites with cardboard and tape. The termites will have been present for some time so there is no need to destroy them instantly. Fly spray and oil/ petrol etc will only make the job more difficult.

  • WHAT OFFERS THE BEST PROTECTION, BAITS OR BARRIER?

    Both of these systems have pros and cons. Often it depends on the structure of the house. The termite inspection report and treatment proposal will identify the needs of your structure. 

  • DO I HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE WHEN YOU TREAT PESTS?

    NO. The control agents we use are deemed as safe. Label directions are always followed. IF you are not comfortable to stay you can leave us with a key. 

  • DO I HAVE TO EMPTY MY CUPBOARDS TO TREAT COCKIES?

    NO. If you have a problem in that area, it is best if we see the problem. In most cases we can treat cupboards using gel baits not sprays.

  • IS IT SAFE FOR MY FAMILY AND PETS?

    YES. Label directions are always followed. IF you are not comfortable to stay you can leave us with a key.

  • WILL I HAVE DEAD BUGS EVERYWHERE?

    There will be dead insects visible as we leave, but control is not instant on most insects. As most bugs are creatures of the night, you may find dead insects in the mornings.

  • HOW LONG DOES THE AVERAGE TREATMENT TAKE?

    General Pests: Average house, inside and out. 1-2 hours.
